This is the perfect basis for cosy hours spent with the family. The guests will also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, a home cinema, an inviting and fenced-in garden and an activity room with billiards, ping pong and table football. The house is cleaned once a week. The small town Zminj is located in the heart of Istria and in the middle of a farming area: Olives and vines, fruit and vegetables. Svetnincenat is a small village halfways between Vodnjan and Pazin where you can admire many historic monuments. The location makes it possible to see most of Istria's sights such as Pula with its many stores and the harbour, Brijuni National Park (by boat from Fazana) and the picturesque towns Porec, Rovinj and Opatja. Istria offers many good restaurants where you can enjoy regional specialties such as truffles. A paradise for the true gourmet!
