Perched on the outskirts of the mountain top hamlet of Sovijnak , CASA SIENA offers some stunning views across the hill top village of northern Istria . The house itself was built in 2008 and thus has all the modern features you would expect , 4 large double bedrooms all with Aircon   ,2 ensuite and one further bathroom/ shower room , utility room and a great entertianing space consisting of a large lounge / Tv room + adjoining kitchen / dinning space opening out onto the terrace .  The house enjoys a 50 ft private pool and well maintained gardens .     Casa Siena is one of four similar houses built together on the edge of Sovijnak and close to one of the finest " slow food " resteraunts in Croatia in the hamley of Soviska Polke .
