The medieval city of enchanting beauty of the stone is situated on high cliffs overlooking the 157 meters, 20 kilometers from the end of the Liburnia Opatija Riviera. From Brseč a view of the islands of Cres, Union, Susak, but also the southernmost peak Učka Sisol (835 m) reached by hiking trails.

The hundred residents Brseč still keeps the memories of the rich history and tradition from which many famous artists, and priests like Cardinal Archbishop of St. Joseph Uhač.
