Historical documents, remains of Roman buildings and the other is evidence of this, that Bale had the role of the Roman fort and the history that goes back to Bala in ancient times. Bala area stretches west to the sea covering the coastal strip from Punta Barbange to Garzote.

The resort is away from Rovinj, 13 km, and from the 20th Pula Balas easy to be reached because the town is situated along the road which connects Italy and Slovenia, with Pula, one branch leading to Rovinj. Only 7 kilometers away is the seaside, one of the genuine Istrian gems.
